great stay in a great place

+Very good dinner in a hotel restaurant, thanks to the chef and service +nice hotel with all facilities +receptionists are friendly +huge pool outside and an area to swim in the channel

- we've got first the double-bed room for smokers. However, this was resolved immediately as we mentioned we booked a twin bed room for non-smokers. +there is a background Muzak music playing in the hallways and foyer all the time. It is loud enough to be heard also in the rooms. After few hours it becomes a bit annoying. It would be great to have it less loud or switch it off at the evening time

Location is good, staff very nice It's a good hotel if you only plan to use it for sleeping purposes. Breakfast is fine.

Not a hotel with a five-star rating. I spent two hours by the pool, and not a single person bothered to ask me what I would like to drink. Not suitable for tourists visiting Egypt from abroad.

Suez canal and the feel is good. Its an engineering marvel...the location is nice.

Location is good

Parking is too far and no covered or underground parking. No water or tea powder / coffee provided. No bath towels provided initially and on request they provided only bath towels. No complemental breakfast.

good location … they need to hire much more skilled personnel in the reception… the appartement need to be supplied by m

the location was great … but although the appartement I booked it was sea view they give me only a lake view instead as the sea view is reserved for the hotel room guests .. the appartement was very wide indeed .. bed are comfortable.. air condition working very good in all rooms

the appartement has no microwave no kettle no towels no toiletries no tea or coffee no water no hand soap.. linen was not clean.. but after we complained in the reception and refuse two appartement.. they offer us one better and bring all missing items and change the linen

The room was extremely cold, the water heater wasn't working. The A/c wasn't working to to warm the room. No towels available. Check in took more than 2 hours, we were extremely tired and still they couldn't fix the problem with the booking and arrange for our rooms. And at the end they made us pay extra for the 2nd night. Never to go there again.

The Facility of providing a Wheelchair

The food was not good neither tasty nor serviceability. The variety was limited . That was for the breakfast. Concerning the dinner I have been charged for 280 EGP per person assumed it's an open buffet dinner but I have paid this amount for 4 persons for nothing. The dinner was very bad not tasty small limited quantities. Really I regreted to paid for that dinner . No cups no tissues, you have to wait until they get you empty cups. I have never seen powder milk at the breakfast buffet instead of liquid milk and when I asked for , they said it's finished and when I refused this issue , in one minute the liquid milk was available. No trustworthy. Plus they have settled a rule if you buy an outdoor delivery food you must pay 30% of the total amount of the food bought from outside as fees. I have never seen this anywhere. As long as you are sticking to this rule . Offer a food with good quality and good price to force your guests use your restaurant.
